Piano & voice lessons for dedicated learners.
Classical technique, artistry, and supportive coaching — online.
A thoughtful, technique-driven approach to piano and voice.
I work with teens, adults, and serious learners who want more than quick fixes or surface-level coaching. Lessons are grounded in classical technique, healthy musicianship, and individualized mentorship — adapted to each student’s goals, learning style, and pace.
Whether you’re returning to music after time away or developing long-term skills, our work focuses on clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress.
Who I work best with —
My studio is a good fit for students who are:
Curious, motivated, and willing to practice thoughtfully
Interested in strong technical foundations, not shortcuts
Returning to music after time away, or building skills long-term
Teens and adults who value patience, structure, and artistry
It may not be the right fit for:
Those looking for quick results without consistent practice
Very young beginners without parental involvement
Drop-in or short-term coaching only
What students and families say:
“Miss Leila is the absolute best piano teacher. I’ve studied with her for over six years, and she’s been incredibly supportive from day one. My family and I love her!” — Madeline
“I see the excitement before and after class in my daughter, and it’s been consistent. Miss Leila’s approach makes even the most difficult things easy to learn — even in a virtual class. As parents, we couldn’t ask for more.” — P. Govind (parent)
“Leila has changed our three daughters’ perception of what piano lessons can be. Her enthusiasm and love for music is infectious, and our kids have really improved since starting with her.” — J. Porter (parent)
“Ms. Leila is a talented, compassionate, and patient teacher. She creates a safe and warm learning environment, and I always leave a lesson with a smile on my face.” — Michelle
How lessons work —
Lessons are held online via Zoom and tailored to each student’s goals, level, and learning style.
Sessions typically include:
Technical work (piano, voice, or both)
Repertoire and musical interpretation
Practice strategies and problem-solving
Optional theory or musicianship support
Most students meet once weekly, though frequency can be adjusted.
